When a cool room is running warm

A cool room that has stopped holding temperature goes to the top of the list, because the stock is on the clock. Ring us with what it is set to, what it is reading and what is in there, and we will book the service call and get there as fast as we can.

It is charged as a service call: the call-out, the time on site and any parts. Most faults are found and fixed on the one visit, and if a part has to come in we will tell you straight away and work out what to do with the stock.

Running warm or not holding temperature
Iced-up evaporator coils
Noisy or failed fans
Compressors cutting out or tripping
Door seals and refrigerant leaks
Defrost faults

What we have worked on

Since late 2024 we have run more than 200 cool room jobs across 30 towns, for pubs, cafes, shops and local producers. That covers everything from small walk-in rooms to shipping container cool rooms.

Servicing that catches it first

A cool room almost never fails without warning. A regular service checks the temperature under load, the defrost, the fans, the door seals and the condenser, and catches the small problem before it becomes a room full of warm stock.

We can put you on a schedule that suits your trade and your quiet periods, so the work happens when the doors are shut.

New cool rooms and freezer rooms

We design and install them too, sized for the trade you actually do rather than the catalogue default. You get a measure and a written quote before anything is ordered, and the room commissioned and handed over properly.
