Does your air conditioner need a service?

Having a technician go over the system once a year is the cheapest thing you can do to make it last. It runs more efficiently, it fails less often, and small problems get found while they are still small.

Every one of our technicians has years in the trade behind them, and we have been doing this out of Hepburn since 2013.

Evaporative cooling

We still service, repair and replace rooftop evaporative units — pads, pumps, controllers and the seasonal changeover. A unit that has sat through winter is better looked at before the first hot week rather than during it.

If yours is past it we will price the repair against a replacement honestly. In this climate a reverse cycle system often makes more sense, because it also solves your winter heating — we will lay out both.

When something has gone wrong

Noisy, leaking, iced up, blowing warm when it should be cold — tell us the make, the symptom and the address and we will tell you what it needs. You get the price before we start, and if a repair is not worth it on an old system we will say so rather than sell you the repair twice.
