Common faults we get called to
Your ducted heating is not performing. The evaporative unit is doing nothing. The split system is blowing cold air in winter and warm air in summer. It has started rattling, or dripping, or it has stopped altogether.
Our technicians have a lot of years between them and have seen most of it. You get told what is wrong and what it costs before any work starts.

Maintenance that stops the next one
Preventative servicing is most of what we do. A faulty unit is not just inconvenient — it quietly wastes a lot of power, and water in the case of evaporative systems, long before it actually breaks.
When repair is not worth it
Sometimes it is not. If your split system or ducted heating is past economic repair we will tell you straight, and we can supply and install the replacement rather than send you elsewhere for it.
