Before it becomes a disaster

A fridge, freezer or cool room almost never fails without warning. Servicing is what catches it. We look after refrigeration for customers from Ballarat to Bendigo and Gisborne to Maryborough, and the ones who have us in regularly are not the ones ringing at 6am with a room full of warm stock.

Call the office and we will find a date and time that suits you. Breakdowns with stock at risk get treated as top priority and we get there as fast as we can.

What a refrigeration service covers

When a technician arrives, they assess the unit and work through a full check:

Test the unit and its performance under load
Confirm the defrost system is working
Check the ice maker is running at its best
Inspect for damage and wear
Carry out maintenance on the unit
Clean interior and exterior surfaces, and clear out debris

Design and installation

We design and install commercial refrigeration too — freezer rooms, cool rooms, beer systems and display cabinets, sized for the trade you actually do rather than the catalogue default.
