Who we are
SPA Refrigeration & Air Conditioning supplies, installs, services and repairs commercial refrigeration, commercial air conditioning and home air conditioning. We are based in Hepburn, and the bulk of our work sits within an hour of it.
It is a small crew and it stays that way on purpose — the person who quotes your job is the person who turns up to do it, and the office knows your system without having to look it up.
What we actually do
Two trades under one roof. Refrigeration is where the business started and it is still what gets us out at short notice — cool rooms, freezer rooms, display cabinets and supermarket cases that cannot be allowed to fail.
Heating and cooling is now the larger half of the week. Split systems, multi-heads and full ducted reverse cycle, sized to the house and installed by refrigeration mechanics rather than by whoever was available. The electrical side is done in-house too, so a job does not stall waiting on a subbie.

Breakdowns get triaged the day you call, and you are told who is coming and when — not left waiting on a window that never closes.
Priced before we start
New systems are measured and quoted before anything is ordered, and repairs get a price agreed up front. No surprises on the invoice.
Licensed and insured
ARCtick refrigerant handling, licensed electrical work and full insurance — the paperwork is done properly.
Sized for the room
A system that is too big cycles and costs you money. We work out what the space actually needs before quoting it.
